Hydraulic coupling is used widely, because it has obvious advantages. But it also has some disadvantages. So it is necessary to carry out further research on this product. In the study of hydraulic coupling, we should not only to keep the advantages of hydraulic coupling not only to retain the excellent transmission characteristics of the traditional hydraulic coupling, but also make some positive thinking. At the same time, we should put forward a theory to improve the performance of hydraulic coupling in the application process. This paper proposes a new blade type hydraulic coupling that has a series of prominent characteristics.The content of this study is aiming at the blade type hydrostatic coupling that based on vane pump core, witch using the method of theoretical analysis combined with experimental. At the same time, through the compared with the traditional hydraulic coupling. Build a test plat and do some experiment. Last, the experiments show that the coupling is feasible as a flexible coupling. The main contents of the following do for this:(1)Firstly, this paper introduces two kinds of representative products at home and abroad, traditional forms of hydraulic coupler and static hydraulic mechanical coupling. Then puts forward the source, innovative products blade type hydrostatic coupler research value and research significance.(2) By using 3D software SolidWorks, the basic principle and the structure of the blade type hydraulic coupling components are introduced in detail. Then on the theoretical level, and through the comparison with the traditional basic performance of hydraulic coupling, points out the outstanding characteristics of the blade type of hydraulic coupling.(3)After the research of the traditional torque limited hydraulic coupling test device, this paper proposes a test plan of vane type hydrostatic coupling. Under the existing conditions, after purchasing and design some parts at last, the test bench was set up. The test bench provides conditions for the data acquisition of the follow-up work.(4)Based on LabVIEW, this paper carried on many times the work of data acquisition the hardware and software used in the process of data collection are introduced and designed. By analyzing the data, this paper also points out the causes of data fluctuation. According to the leakage causes, hydraulic coupling is assembled and tested again. Finally in input low speed: 496r/min, turn slip loss is small: 4.84% of the cases, blade type hydraulic coupler of hydraulic loading system is produced with the effect of load 10 MPa.(5)Through the experiment proved that the blade type hydrostatic coupling is successful and it can transmit torque at low speeds Summary of the blade type hydraulic coupler from theory to real, to build the experimental platform, and finally to the various problems arising from experimental stage and its data collection and analysis, and proposed the corresponding theoretical improvement measures.
