As an important part of equipment manufacturing, construction machinery industry is the key field that our country encourages to development especially. In recent years, with the rapid development of the industry, the fault diagnosis for construction machinery and equipment becomes the focus of research. Since the traditional fault diagnosis equipment based on PC platform has the disadvantages of high cost and large floor area, the development of built-in technology provides favorable condition for solving this problem. Currently, the ordinary way is to making use of advantages of built-in products including low cost, strong pertinence, portable nature, and short development period to integrate the function of fault diagnosis into the built-in platform to form the car terminal for fault diagnosis. It has important influence on improving the efficiency of fault diagnosis of machinery and equipment.The thesis takes the core component hydraulic pressure system of construction machinery as the research subject; proposes the design of built-in fault diagnosis car terminal after analyzing the traditional fault diagnosis technology and built-in technology; and combines smart fault diagnosis technology with built-in technology to constitute smart fault diagnosis car terminal. The major research content for the these is as follows:First, the author completes the establishment of terminal platform by combining fault diagnosis technology for hydraulic pressure system and built-in technology. The terminal takes SAMSUNG S3C6410 as the core to design hardware platform, and adopts built-in Linux operation system to complete the establishment of software platform; the author applies BP nerve network calculation into fault diagnosis for hydraulic pressure after analyzing the operational principle of fault principle of hydraulic pressure and nerve network.Furthermore, in the process of using BP nerve network to construct fault diagnosis system, for the deficiency of BP network, the author uses PSO calculation with strong whole optimization capacity to optimize it. As PSO calculation has the problems of premature convergence, low convergence accuracy, and low convergence speed in the late period, the thesis combines the confused ergodic integrality to propose a improved PSO calculation which adapts to confusion itself, raising the convergence accuracy and speed of PSO calculation and improving the phenomenon of premature convergence effectively.Finally, the author uses the improved BP nerve network to establish fault diagnosis system, transplants it to the car terminal of the established built-in fault diagnosis, and develops good user interface. Under the experiment condition, the author tests the terminal. The test result shows that various modules of this terminal run well, so the real-time monitoring and fault diagnosis of running state of hydraulic pressure system can be achieved.3G network or serial port can be used to transmit the data to update the parameter data of BP fault diagnosis system and to improve the fault, diagnosis capacity of system continuously, achieving the design goal. Meanwhile, the terminal has the advantages of high function, low power dissipation, small volume, and portable nature, which can be installed on various construction machineries conveniently.
