Under the Dome, the haze survey that come from ChaiJing, detonated a haze of public concern and discussion. In recent years, the rapid development of global economic and the large fossil fuel consuming have dead to a series of environmental problems. The wind power generation is one of the new energy development and utilization of the main force, more and more receives energy circles all over the world are paying more attention to the wind power generation. In this paper, the main research content mainly includes two aspects, one is the start and operation for DFIG in Isolated power grid, the other is wind farm’s DC delivery in Isolated state.(1) DFIG’s start and operation in isolated state: From the beginning of mathematics model of doubly fed generator, the excitation control for stand-alone doubly fed generator was remade that based on forced stator-flux-oriented control strategy, ensure that the stand-alone doubly fed generator work properly at constant voltage constant frequency(CVCF) operation. A model was build that simulated in the Matlab/Simulink, the results show that the control strategy is feasible.(2) Wind farm’s DC delivery in Isolated state: Analysis of the problems that faced by the isolated wind farm’s DC delivery. Found a eliminating methods for the transient unbalanced power. According to the vary of the characteristic value, improve the High DC System’s control policy. At last, combine the DSP and RTDS for the simulation, to verify the designed control strategy, the results show that the control strategy is feasible.
