Since copper oxide superconductors discovered, research on the mechanism of high temperature superconductors is one of the difficult and hot condensed state physics. In this paper, starting from the t-J-U model, using the Gutzwiller approximation and the Bogoliubov-de Gennes(BdG) effect of equation exist at the same time non magnetic impurities on the CuO2 out of plane and the plane of gossamer superconductor electronic local density of States is studied.The paper is organized as follows.In the first chapter it introduces the development progress of high temperature superconductivity, as well as in the various periods of study focus, at the same time we will introduce the new superconductors-- iron based superconductors and explains the basic theory, the high temperature of HTS superconductor structure characteristics as well.In the second chapter, firstly we introduced the theoretical model which can effectively describe the basic physical processes in the CuO2 plane, we will also introduce the Gutzwiller approximation theory and Research on non homogeneous BdG equation system to deal with the problem of strong electron correlation systemIn the third chapter we applied the Gutzwiller approximation theory and the BdG equation the influence of non magnetic impurities at the same time in the CuO2 plane,outside of copper oxide high-temperature superconducting material electronic local density of states: the discussion from the t-J-U model of the influence of non magnetic impurities in different doping in CuO2 out of plane of the local system of the electronic density of states discussion. The results show that, showing a non typical symmetry in the far away from the impurity electronic local density of states. When the plane of impurity is not very strong, the out of plane impurity in the near the superconducting energy gap becomes smaller, but there is no obvious destruction of superconductivity. And because the plane inside and outside impurities exist at the same time and cause the electron distribution in the CuO2 plane there exist significant asymmetry in bigger range inner nano scale.
