| With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology, people’s daily life style is constantly changing, the elevator as a vertical lifting tool in high-rise buildings has been more and more people relied on by more and more people.Elevator is a complex system composed of mechanical, electrical and control parts. With the building height and the speed of the elevator running, the vibration of the elevator car is more intense.If the vibration frequency of the car is close to its natural frequency, resonance can be produced, which will reduce the comfort of the elevator, and even if it is serious, the safety accident will occur.The unstable vibration of the elevator car is closely related to the parameters of the elevator system and the irregularity of the guide rails, therefore, it is necessary to design a kind of high precision, high efficiency and multi parameter measurement system of the uneven degree of the elevator guide rail.In this paper, the working principle of the common photoelectric sensor is studied, the advantages and disadvantages of various sensors are analyzed, the influence of the installation position of the laser emitter on the irregularity of the rail is discussed.The overall scheme of the measurement system of the uneven degree of the elevator guide rail is presented.Then the design and implementation of the elevator guide rail irregularity measurement system; according to the nonlinear measurement results, the PSD for nonlinear correction; the experimental verification of the system.At last, according to the measurement data, the ARMA model is established, and the irregularity of the rail is analyzed from the probability density, correlation analysis and spectral density,The physical significance of the physical meaning behind the random characteristics and the random characteristics is revealed, which provides a theoretical basis for the detection and maintenance of the elevator. |
