The purpose of optics segmented aperture technology is assembling several small apertures easy to manufacturing to an integrated aperture system which can achieve high-resolution request.To realize co-phase of segmented asphere aperture, summarized the present situation of ground-based and space-based segmented aperture at home and aboard. Reviewed most of the common-used methods for co-phasing of segmented aperture, compared their feature and applicability. Focus on two wavelength interferogram technology which has large measuring range can be used to test the step height between sub-apertures. A calculation system is build up for testing and alignment segmented aperture. Curve fitting the surface data of paraboloid mirror which is testing by a two wavelength interferometer to establish coordinate matrix. The position deviation of sub-aperture is calculated using transformation matrix.A simulation is build up using Matlab to verify the calculation system. Simulated a-5~5μm translation error and -25~25μrad deflection error, result shows the translation accuracy is better than 20nm and the deflection accuracy is better than 0.15μrad. A two wavelength interferometer is made to detect the 600mm paraboloid segmented aperture. Depends on the tilt error calculated from the surface data, the segmented aperture position deviation can be limited in the accuracy of a single aperture λ/15, achieve the demand of co-phasing of the segmented aperture.
