Cement, sand, cobblestone, water, coal ash and admixture are important component of concrete. Adding coal ash in concrete can save a large amount of cement and fine aggregate, reduce water consumption, improve the workability of concrete mixing material, enhance performance of reinforced concrete pumping, lessen the creep of concrete, decrease the hydration heat, and heat swelling, improve the impervious ability of concrete, and increase concrete repairability. Adding coal ash in concrete can also make full use of the industrial waste residue, reduce the pollution of the environment, lower the cost of concrete production, change waste material into valuable things, turn a disadvantage into an advantage, make for the comprehensive utilization of coal ash, and improve the performance of concrete. It is ideal concrete admixture. While considering the relationship between the mechanical properties of concrete and the temperature, the residual capacity of coal ash concrete structure must be analyzed. The residual strength of the concrete can be evaluated rapidly and accurately. Use nondestructive testing method to study the applicability calculation, concrete material performance and residual strength. The single factor analysis method to study the different mixing fly ash concrete under different temperature, the temperature effect of the residual after concrete compr essive strength, tensile strength and resilience residual split between the value, the vel-ocity variation. Use of Excel of linear regression, binary linear regression, dual nonlin-ear regression analysis, the springback, ultrasonic a rebound after high temperature det-ection method of the residual strength of concrete, and establish high fitness after con-crete strength and resilience, velocity value regression equation between.
