Blood oxygen saturation can reflects the human respiratory system and cardiovascular health status. And it is health care personnel one of the important basis for prevention and diagnosis the disease. Currently, using optical volume pulse wave detection method for measure the blood oxygen saturation and blood other components is become a hot of medical area research. And it has important significance. This topic is blood oxygen saturation monitor design and application research, it monitoring parameters include blood oxygen saturation and pulse rate. Firstly, comparing the measure method of blood oxygen saturation, confirm the measure and calculation method based on pulse oxygen dynamic spectral theory and Lambert-Beer law. Design a new generation of MKL25Z128VLK4 micro-controller as the core of blood oxygen saturation monitor. And the hardware and software is doing detail design and research. Hardware circuit includes a power management module, light source module, optical receiver module, wireless data transfer modules, OLED LCD display module. The oximeter compared with conventional oximeter, hardware is simplified, small noise. Software implement each frequency noise signal in the pulse wave signal fast filter. Include filter the high-frequency burr noise, low frequency baseline wander noise, mixing sports noise. Also achieved pulse-wave feature points extraction. And then calculate the oxygen value, pulse rate value. The oximeter software filter algorithm and the pulse waveform feature point extraction algorithm compared with conventional oximeter is smarter calculation and more high real-time. After blood-oxygen saturation monitors related experiments, Prove the oximeter has good stability, accuracy and agility.
