With the rapid development of China’s economy, rail transport has become a major tool of public transportation. Since the railway transport and the density increased, and not only increase the speed of the train, how to ensure train safety and comfort is also becoming increasingly important. Vehicle-track system, due to direct interaction with the wheel track, plus the reason the track irregularity, the wheel is the most prone to defects. Once the wheels scars or defects, the impact would be under normal circumstances, a few times or even a hundred times, therefore, to detect a fault on the wheel and rail between straight has a very important significance. When I reading important documents at home and abroad, the thesis made the following studies:(1) by a kinetic theory of vehicle tracks and analyzes the reasons track irregularity produced, and generally classify, focusing on the description of track irregularity spectral density function, and using an inverse Fourier transform formula, the track spectral density function is converted to a time domain signal samples for later analysis of the vehicle body vibration characteristics provides data support;(2) by learning SIMPACK software, the use of its rail module in the vehicle-after orbital model calculation and analysis, kinetic modeling;(3) by establishing the track model of the vehicle, are provided in three different fault wheels, the track at the same excitation spectrum of action, use SIMPACK software simulation, the vibration acceleration signal which rail;(4) by the nonlinear and non-stationary signal analysis methods, the use of EMD decomposition of its rail vibration signal, and then through the analysis of its fractal, forms depending on the characteristics of the composition of the training samples and test samples by SVM machine mode, the situation on the wheel to make the identification.
