Research on the turbine self velocity measurement technology of underwater high speed moving body is a difficult point in underwater velocity measurement technology. At present, there is less research in this country, the technology is mainly applied to the relationship between the turbine speed and the speed of the flow. Measurement of the velocity of the underwater moving body, has important engineering practice significance.The turbine speed is directly related to the speed of the relative flow. The speed of the moving body can be obtained according to the turbine rotational speed. Non contact measurement technology for turbine speed measuring device, a small magnet is installed at the tail of the turbine, the speed can be obtained by the induction field change of the Holzer device installed in the moving body, to obtain the velocity of the moving body.Three dimensional unsteady CFD model of underwater moving flow field was established. The environmental excitation of underwater moving body is analyzed theoretically, set up the model of turbine rotation. Simulation analysis of turbine dynamic rotation.
