Due to the importance of vulnerability assessment in the design of Fuze Warhead Coordination. Vulnerability modeling is necessary for vulnerability analysis. This paper introduces several important technologies based on vulnerability modeling.First of all, we introduce the advantages of XML as the format of vulnerability model and why 3ds Max is chosen as the tool of target modeling. Then the software was developed to transfer 3DS model to XML based on their superiority.Two ways of parsing XML were given on chapter 3:DOM and SAX. This paper emphatically introduces DOM and how to parse XML under the developing environment of C++Builder 6.0. XML management software was developed based on TXMLDocument and TTreeView components.Fuze Warhead Coordination Visual Simulation software was developed to apply XML vulnerability model. The length of target on the direction of relative speed was calculated to assist the design of procedural delay. At the same time, we compute and analyze the availability of typical directional and none directional warhead based on the three level of XML Vulnerability model.A expose area calculating software was developed through an improved algorithm based on the technique of image process. The expose area of the target can be used to reduce the vulnerability area and improve the survival ability of the target.
