The internal bore erosion wear of the gun barrel is directly affected by the internal ballistic performance of the gun, which is an important basis for judging the life of the body and analyzing the firing accuracy. So it is necessary to study the elastic band and internal ballistic variation of different erosion wear by nonlinear finite element method. On the basis of the above, the prediction model of the wear volume of the body tube is studied.The main research contents are as follows:(1) In the tube based ablation wear mechanism and the general rule of erosion, through the interior ballistics theory and quantitative analysis of the classical principle, calculating the radial wear quantity from tube on the interior ballistic performance, and analyzed and verified by the test results.(2) According to the analysis of the force in the movement of the projectile in bore, the projectile into resistance and guide the mathematical model of the lateral stress are set up in consideration of bore wear ablation. And through the analysis of the play with trapezoid, The change law of the stress of the elastic band is obtained in consideration of bore wear ablation, On the basis of the above summarized bore ablation wear influence on pushing process.(3) The nonlinear finite element method and theory are used to establish the coupling model of the gun barrel with different degrees of wear, and the numerical simulation of the elastic band is carried out.The effect of different internal erosion wear structure on the elastic band squeeze process is studied. Finally, the simulation results are used to summarize the influence of the inner bore erosion wear on the elastic band squeeze process.(4) Through the analysis of the current methods of barrel life sentence, summed up the wear volume as the criterion of barrel life body tube. Then the experimental data of the wear quantity and the number of projectiles are obtained by using the equivalent full charge calculation formula and the experiment. Finally, according to the characteristics of data collection and the law of bore wear, a combined gray neural network model is established to predict the erosion wear of the body. Taking into account the actual test data, the non equal interval, small sample and poor information, and the establishment of the non equal interval gray neural network model, the results show that the model fitting accuracy is relatively high, has a certain practical value.
