Internet of Vehicles is Internet of things, that is through the vehicle navigation and positioning system, mobile communication technology, intelligent terminal equipment and information network platform, cars and roads, cars and trucks, cars and urban between interrelated information interoperability, realizes the reasonable monitoring and management network system of vehicle, road, and location of the information, at this stage mainly used in vehicle scheduling, anti-theft alarm, medical assistance and energy saving etc. fields.Vehicle navigation and positioning system is the core of the whole vehicle networking system. Global positioning system (global, positioning system GPS) and strapdown inertial navigation system (SINS, intertial navigation system strapdown) is the two major technology in the field of vehicle navigation and positioning. GPS uses high orbit, satellite ranging system, all-weather, real-time provide carrier vehicles for the high precision position and velocity information and the error is less with time accumulation, but in the city buildings and tunnels and other satellite obstructed areas vulnerable to interference, even for lost stars can’t locate. Sins on Newton’s laws of mechanics as the basis, in the lost star conditions by inertial measurement unit to identify the carrier in the inertial reference system acceleration. By means of the integral transform get carrier vehicles in navigation coordinate positioning parameter information. But because of the time accumulation of the error caused by the fixed drift rate of the inertial measurement platform, SINS can not achieve high precision positioning for long time. In the light of the traditional GPS and sins positioning technology in vehicle networking problems existing in the measurement of carrier motion information, this paper proposes a precept for the GPS/SINS integrated positioning technology, networking and research work are summarized as follows:Firstly, aiming at the SINS initial alignment problem. On the basis of traditional technology of GPS and sins principle of assisted GPS static base accurate initial alignment method based on the proposed taking into account the strapdown algorithm accuracy and computational complexity of the vector of sins attitude update algorithm, gives the dynamic carrier velocity and position calculation method.Secondly, in the MATLAB software platform for secondary development, preparation of inertial component simulation module, carrier trajectory generator module, Kalman filter module and strapdown settlement module, the establishment of dynamic carrier of GPS/SINS simulation experiment system, study the factors which influence the positioning accuracy of GPS/SINS and improve the method.Finally, based on the functional requirements of the project, the planning principles of the vehicle networking system based on the GPS/SINS combined positioning technology are proposed, and the GPS/SINS combined positioning test system is developed. On the basis of this, the sports car positioning experiment is carried out, the GPS/SINS combined positioning accuracy is studied, and the application technology of GPS/SINS combined positioning method in the vehicle networking system is presented.The car network GPS/SINS integrated positioning technology can real-time display the posture information of the vehicle, to solve the problem of lost star can’t locate in urban high-rise buildings, tunnels, and place in a short period of time, with positioning accuracy is improved, anti-interference ability enhancement, with higher engineering value.
