Accordance with state regulations, production units and measurement instrument calibration management unit requires regular calibration of the instrument accuracy. Currently, the pointer instrument verification work is still carried out by hand and reading adjustment due to the human eye because of long hours of work and the emergence of the phenomenon of visual fatigue, the measurement results will cause great error, which will inevitably lead to the final calibration accuracy is low.Verification against the limitations of traditional measurement methods, in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the test, this paper combines YIMT meter verification test on actual demand, according to the AQSIQ technological transformation projects means the mission statement of requirements, electrical measuring instruments pointer class fully automated interpretation methods research, in order to achieve automatic verification.In this thesis we have been the electrical pointer type measuring instrument automatic test equipment overall structural design (by the measurement system, control and management systems, and automatic image acquisition system, etc:); secondly were about hardware circuit (programmable standard tables and standard source, automatic range switching circuit design and production, etc.); then, Microsoft VC++6.0 for automatic control and management of software development, and OpenCV 1.0 libraries prepared on the basis of image acquisition system. And ultimately achieve the design requirements the system automatic interpretation of the pointing device and test the PC interface and built a good pointer instrument automatic interpretation of a comprehensive test experimental experimental device, to achieve the desired objectives.This thesis studied verification system is under the Windows platform complete, interactive interface friendly, simple operation, the use of automatic control technology can greatly improve test efficiency and reduce human interference, making the certification process more automated, verification more accurate, thus achieving the automatic test instrument pointer class has broad market prospect.
