Design Of Comprehensive Laboratory Reform Of R Company Based On Ergonomics

With the increasing of labor costs and the decreasing of profit margins, enterprises are promoted to strengthen the precise control of production costs; to distribute the functions of employees and machines reasonably and help them adapt to each other so as to create comfortable and safe working conditions, thus getting the highest working efficiency.R Company is specialized in the R&D and manufacturing of computers, communications, consumer electronics and other 3C products, which is a high-tech enterprise and a scientific manufacturing facilitator of China’s electronics industry, covering a wide range of digital content, automotive components, access, cloud computing services and new energy, new materials development and application. However, with more and more private enterprises and foreign enterprises, the competition of electronic manufacturing is growing. In addition to occupying the market with the R&D of new products and the monopoly of core technology, how to develop a production planning strategy to solve the problem of production capacity and demand and how to provide safe and comfortable working conditions for employees and machines with the issues of efficiency and health, are the problems to be solved currently.Through the thorough analysis of the current laboratory management of R Company, this paper aims to find out the existing problems in the management of production programs, build a chemical laboratory suitable for R Company based on the relevant theoretical knowledge of ergonomics, set up a complete set of system for the management of production programs and improve working conditions. On the basis of the analysis of various factors affecting laboratory, this paper proposes improvement measures, with a combination of relevant theories and measures of ergonomics, in order to guarantee the maximum benefits of the project. This paper is mainly about how to improve the fundamental laboratory of industrial engineering through the application of ergonomics, so as to ensure the safety and comfort of the laboratory, which is good for the creation of good environment, and will meet the psychological needs of people and help make good economic benefits.
