Ambulance often has to transport ill or seriously injured patients. The movement is required calm and rapid to avoid aggravating the patient抯 condition. it is indicated that around 10 percent ofjourneys may produce some patient deterioration. The main cause is that stretchers are joined with ambulance抯 body directly. The impacts of pitch, startup, brake, acceleration, deceleration are acted on patients directly in the run, and various of insecurity factors are brought to patients, therefore, Many sorts of attempts have been made to lower., transmission of road-induced vibration or impact to patients to the minimum. Using modem design methods, this paper finds a type of product, which can fulfil the market抯 demand and have excellent quality and low price. An analysis and calculation on theory are also give out. The main study works are as follows: (1) By means of systemic design methods, the project design of this system is give out. (2) The gas spring is researched and designed to acquired lower resonance frequency and best damping effect, which has low regimens. (3) According to the feature of damping, the different area orifices valve-controlled are made use of producing airflow damp to attenuate the stretcher抯 swing, so a comfortable carrying effect can be obtained. (4) Taking the input of pitch and heave as an example, a dynamic model of vibration- isolating system is established to analysis the vibration. This method of design and calculation have a usual sense, which offered a basis for others vibration system.
