Now, the battery becomes the indispensability consumable for people .For its local action, after being stored for period of time, the volume of batter will be less than that of the new one. In order to ensure the quality of product , it抯 necessary to measure the capability of battery before it leaving factory. At present, the measure target of battery is open-circuit voltage. The typical measure method is hand-measure. For this method is slowish and inefficient, at the same time, it doesn抰 have the function of statistic and analysis, so it can抰 be applied widely. The method of battery measure has restricted the development of Chinese battery industry. Development of computer technique provides forceful methods for measurement technique of battery.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of the quick measurement system of battery performance, analyses the structure, working principle and the performance of the system in particular, and discusses the design of the hardware and software and exploitation if data traffic. At the same time, it also discusses the anti-jamming measure. Based on the general and flexibility of the system, it completes the measure of open circuit voltage and short circuit automatically, and data transfer. It can save time and manpower, increases the productivity and improves the working condition.The practical application proves that the measurement system possesses strong flexibility and expandability.
