| On the basis of analyze of the present practical conditions of power plants, systematic maintenance, a new maintenance mode, is introduced and studied in this thesis by applying the Equipment Maintenance Engineering theory and methods to solve the problems in equipment maintenance of Chinese power plants.This new mode is based on the Reliability theory and it's main content is as follows: selectively adopting different maintenance pattern to different kinds of equipment; combining the Planned Periodic Overhaul with equipment point examination and state supervision techniques; enhancing the maintenance data comprehensive management to provide foundation for maintenance decision-making; applying Critical-path method to optimize the maintenance plan; building 1S09000 quality system to control the maintenance quality. The main purpose of this mode is to cut down the maintenance cost premising the power plant reliability.Besides the theoretical study, this thesis also introduces the implement scheme of this systematic maintenance mode for power plants and develops the Computerized Maintenance Management System soft ware based on this mode. |
