This paper explores the application of laminated air condition technique of high space through the model experiment of stratification air condition in the powerhouse of Three-Gorges Hydropower Station. First, through looking up a number of correlative scientific literature, makes out the history,present situation and developmental direction of application research of this technique in country and overseas. Second, according to the concrete condition, argues the application feasibility. In terms of the result of air-condition loading calculation, this technique can save energy more than 25%, get many airflow parameter combinatorial in the same time, and provide important independence. This experiment adopts the theory of similarity as theory foundation, adopts Arq number as criteria of similarity, designs and makes physical model according that geometric scale is , selects experiment instrument and setting.This experiment was taken in summer, transitional season and winter. The purpose is to explore the air distribution specificity in occupied space,air-condition effectiveness and its influencing factors. The paper takes single factor analysis with every factor. These factors include outlet temperature,outlet velocity and outlet diameter. Through linear regression, experiment data is tidied to linear regression function relation. These relations can be extended to common high space.The result indicates that outlet velocity and outlet diameter have obvious effect on air distribution. In summer, outlet velocity which is 8m/s and outlet temperature which is 19℃ are the best. In transitional season, outlet velocity which is 10.2m/s is the best. In winter, outlet velocity which is 9.9m/s and outlet temperature which is 24℃ are the best. To this model, synthetically consider running working condition, the archetype jet which is 240mm should be the jet outlet of this stratification air-condition. So, it can not only satisfy air-condition effect, but also save energy.
