AbstractThe function of ash and slag disposal form boiler furnance with sonic wave, mainly including the infrasonic sound or low-frequency hearable sound, is discussed in this thesis. The fatigue characteristics of ash and slag caused by sonic wave and the calculating method are first put forward. It is also raised that the time and interval of eliminating ash can be determined by the growth rate of the ash and slag on the boiler furnance wall, which can take precautions against slagging. Based on the propagation theory of sonic wave, the estimation model for calculation the effective range of sonic wave at the entrance of sound radiation inside boiler furnance. According to this model, the sound pressure level at any point on the boiler furnance wall can be calculated. By utilyzing optimization principle, the optimal arrangement of sound entrances is thoretically estimated and the optimal arrangement thory of sound entrances due to variable boilers are set forward. On the basis of calibration in the light of our station's specific situation and in-depth analysis of the applied technique of acoustic wave for ash removal and deslagging, a viewpoint for boiler ash removal and deslagging in a comprehensive way was presented.The infrasonic sound generator of spin-flute bast wave is developed on the basis of the airflow modulation theory. Some good results have been achieved in the industrial test. Thtechnical appraisement believes that it is in the leading standard within the same kind of internal equipments, and some performances have come up to advanced international standard. It is the fist to present the design thought of piston sound generator.
