In this paper, a charger of storage battery with Power Factor Correction(PFC) is devised. Additionally, the summarization, implement methods and the charge mode are mainly introduced.As far as the choice of the 1C is concerned, the PFC and PWM controller combo that is popular at the present time is chosen, because it can simplify designs and being synchronized trigger mode adopted, it can make peak to peak ripple voltage much small even on the condition of small capacitance.As for the choice of the circuit's topology, the PFC stage is adopted Boost structure and the PWM stage is adopted two transistors forward after several sorts of advantages and deficiencies of circuit's topology are compared.In addition, the paper presents the circuit modeling and introduces the simulation of frequent domain, which can confirm the range of system parameters reasonably. Finally, the experiment waveforms are displayed. According to the experiment results, this kind of circuit possesses favorable features. |
