| This thesis discusses the problem free-surface modeling technique of turbine blade according to the property of the runner blade and the present research achievement in free-surface modeling technique, the major study concerned are introduced below:Firstly, it accomplished the study of intersection for blade-to-plane and present the method of three-step algorithms such as subdivision > iterative refinements approach ;Meanwhile it solved the problem of small area extend of blade by use minimal modulus method.Secondly, it realized the whole structure of Francis turbine blade surface.Thirdly, it accomplished the computation of blade incidence.The consequence of computation indicated above method not only can approach turbine blade surface accurately but also can be provided for extend and intersection while the precision can be controlled. It realized anticipated goals of the application of turbine blade and engineering exercises. Thus, it provide the foundation to the reconstruct and optimize design of turbine blade as well as the CAM of turbine blade. |
