This paper describes a DL12-2.2/18 type air coller provided by Dalian Iceberg Group which uses R-22 as refrigerant to cool the cycle-flowing air outsides finned-A dynamic distributed parameter model is presented in this passage to simulate the dynamic characteristic of the evaporator under frosting conditions <, hi the model we have considered both the air side and the frost layer as well as the refrigerant inside the finned-tubec Based on the theory of two-phase flow and heat transfer, observing the three conversation law, a general and precise model is built to describe R-220 A research is made to study the heat transfer from two-phase flow to superior-heated area ,which employ the Xcr formulation to determine the flow region and avoids man-made presumption o The homogeneous and non-homogeneous two-phase flow model are used to evaluate the difference between the two model and the impact of different flow models on the accuracy of the simulation ?hi the non-homogeneous two-phase flow model, a slip-rate method and a general drift formulation of the void-fraction are considered ?Referencing the frost model of Kondepndi and CWeaLfrost forming is simulated by means of treating the frost layer as porous substance and using diffusion & energy equation to imitate water vapor transporting and frosting process oSimultaneously, experiment is conducted to investigate the variation of the frost formation and air flowage by placing the air cooler into the refrigeratory . During the experimentation, different evaporation temperature is selected to test the performance of heat transportation and air resistance 0 At last, he result of the test and the calculation are compared and analyzed to verified the validity of the dynamic distributed parameter model of the evaporator,,...
