According to the principle of the electric-magnetic check-measure, this thesis puts forward a new technique and method capable of measuring the dynamic parameters of a rotating component such as angle speed, shearing strain and bending strain with the utilization of magnetic marks. This thesis establishes the mathematical models of measuring angle strain and bending strain, develops the functional relation between the strain and the measuring values. The job of this thesis also includes the design of magnetic detectors and measure system. In order to get the result directly, a set of software in assembly language and Visual Basic is developed. The feasibility and correctness of this method are validated in experiment. There is not any direct osculation between the component and the magnetic detectors, so the rotating component's parameters can be measured without any difficulty. Furthermore, the measurement precision can meet the practical need of engineering, which is verified in experiment.
