The verifying technology of power expenditure for a large-scale enterprise electric power networks is provided in this dissertation. According to the structure and character of Daqing oil field electric power networks, the power expenditure verifying software is developed. The followed works have been finished.The trend of the verifying field is analysed. According to the Automatic Meter-copy System , a new system is presented that the a verifying and analysis of power expenditure for Daqing oil field electric power networks for the first time. Its characters consists of real-time, accurancy , science and agility.The mathematic model for the wasting of wire and transfomer is analysed. Based on the character of the theory wasting rate and statistic wasting rate, the mathamatic model for modified wasting rate in Daqing oil field is formed, a new method is formed that power network energy expenditure analysis.The database is set up for verifying the expenditure, it consists of all collection points' data of the network, so its capacity is big, and its structure is complex.Using the language of Delphi, and combining with the data real-time collection system, the verifying software is developed for Daqing oil field electric power network expenditure. The software consists of initialization, data collection, verifying, result judging, data modify, result output and data backup module. Through those modules, the purpose for verifying is achieved.Making use of the theory of wavelet using for singularity detection, the method that the load data is made error-correction and smoothed is studied. The method is made use in Daqing oil field for the first time. The validity of the method is proved by real data calculation.The following are the Innovation points in this dissertation.The verifying analysis method of power expenditure for a large-scale enterprise electric power networks is provided;The concept for modified wasting rate is provideed, and its mathamatic model is formed on Daqing oil field electric power networks;The verifying software is developed for Daqing oil field electric power network expenditure, the accuracy and benefit of the power business are improved.The wavelet theory is made use in Daqing oil field for the first time, and decreased the effect of bad data in power business.The production have been applied in Daqing oil field electirc power network.
