The Applying Of GPS Phasor Measurement In Electrical Power System

GPS(Global Positioning System) brings a new chance to the scientific research .Now how to apply the technic to the electrical power system is the focus of the research .The appliance of EMS becomes more and more widely ,which demands state estimation a highly estimation quality .This paper presents exerting the GPS phasor measur ement to the electrical power system state estimation in order to improve the precision and computing rate . It deduces the state estimation equation with phasor measurement .Considering the cases that look the phasor measurement as a reliable measurement or as a doubtful measurement .The paper analysis the rate and the precision of the state estimation .The paper validate the efficiency of the and detection used in phasor detection . It analysis the law of phasor error'change .The all calculations are testified with MATLAB .
