This paper puts forward the scheme of the Diagnosis on Controlling System of CFBR- II Reactor, plots out the function module and selects the hardware and software platform of the system. The function of every module is realized based on Delphi integrated developing enviroment.The online monitoring is carried out based on the structure- of upper microcomputer and nether microcomputer through patroling the monitoring points of the controlling system of reactor and showing the logical voltage on the monitoring screen.Fault diagnosis method and rule are put forward by analyzing the working process and principle of the reactor and controlling system. Based on the knowledge reaseaning of Expert System, the realtime fault diagnosis is completed. By using DBMS(database managing system)-Paradox, datum are stored in database. Through Designing data analyzing and dealing tools, the synthesis fault diagnosis is implemeted.Template Technology is introduced in monitoring interface design. The monitoring interface is vectorized through picking up the features of the interface. The graphic engine draws and repaints interface dynamically, which improves theeffiency of program running. In order to resolve the conflict problem of resource sharing, multi-thread technology is adopted in designing of alerting out. Dynamic linking library technology is applied in datum encrypting, so that the quality of the system's module designing is improved.
