Wood piece is one of the major materials of composition board and papermaking. For the great volume and weight, the cost of transportation and storage increases, but the profits reduces, so it is urgent and necessary to solve the problem.To the question the natives have made a lot If researches. One of which is compressing the wood piece heavily in order to improve the pile density. This paper is based on predecessors' researches, mainly from the angle If packing plan. Sack is often used for transporting wood piece. Conventional packing plan of compressing wood piece is cuboid packing plan of cylinder, which hasn't made good use of the measurement If the package, pr unit loading is low. This paper sets up the concept of the proportion of unloading and the relative proportion of unloading, sets up a mathematical pattern for the using of the packing materials on the base of the relative proportion of unloading. Meanwhile we can design the packing dimension of the compressive wood piece, and it points out that per unit loading of the track pattern packing plan is the largest. The proportion of per loading has increased by 116.6% over that not compressing, and 30.64% over cylinder packing. At the same time it can take good use of the specified carrier ability of the C60 train. In this paper ,the mold's sectional shape is designed to be track, all of that reduces the cost of packing.This paper makes a research on the mechanism of compressing wood piece when it designs the packing of compressing wood piece, analyzes the changing of the wood piece's internal resistance while being compressed, searches for regular pattern, puts forward some concepts such as the proportion If compression. The changing of the wood piece's internal resistance against external is very complicated while compressing. It's hard to get a qualitative relation, but can divide the changing process into several stages, Among these stages, there is a best proportion of compression A. that can get the highest operation rate of resources, that is, consumes the least resources but contracts the greatest volume. The paper also gives us a analysis of the economy of packing the compressing wood piece.
