At present, the "entire image-stabilization" is used in most of the seekers of the missiles; this kind of image-stabilization system is characterized with broader scanning range. But it has many shortcomings, such as increasing the weight of the objects stabilized, high demand on the process precision of the optical component, complex structure of the gyroscope, difficulties in installing and adjusting it. In order to remove such defaults, we apply "part image-stabilization" to seeker according to the theory of dynamic optics, research the sample machine and prove the feasibility.In this article, the theory of dynamic optics is fairly described. Uniform the mathematic model of image-stabilization is concluded, by which we design a series of optical image-stabilization system. And then, we chose the best system that fit for the seeker from them. At last, we complete the sample machine.this sample machine has more simple structures, less components stabilized, less weight, smaller volume, higher precision of stabilization with the new optical image-stabilization system. In addition, the numbers of controlled components also decreased in the scanning and tracking system.In the experiments, we approve the feasibility of the theory of dynamic optics in the stabilizing system of seeker.
