Brick masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at first two stories is a compound structure composed of two different material ,which has a structure character of "the above stiffness is bigger than underside" "the above weight is heavier than underside" . Due to its uneven stiffness distribution ,the structure's internal force and deformation under the effect of earthquake influenced by floor deformation can't been over-looked . For this purpose ,the thesis whose research structure is a building with frame-shear wall structure at first two stories and five-floor brick masonry structure at the upper part ,adopting the finite-element analysis program - ALGOR99 ,calculated and analyzed the anti-seismic behavior influenced by the change of the aseismic wall's distance and the transitional floor's thickness . Basing on the feature of the structure member, the structure is simplified to a 3-D model consist of space beams and plates ,so we can make static and response spectrum dynamic analysis on the finite-element models . Analysizing and comparing various structure scheme ,the analysis result leads to that the results from floor deformation for brick masonry building with frame-shear wall structure at first two stories concentrate on the second story and transitional-third-floor . the earthquake response of every first floors ,especially the transitional floor brick wall is greatly influenced by the first aseismic wall . However the structure's earthquake response is gentlely influenced by the change of the transitional floor's thickness . Studies the internal force and deformation distributed law of the first two stories influenced by the static and the earthquake loads . Earthquake response spectrum analysis to the structure reflected the internal force and deformation distributed law which is can't be gained by plane analysis method . The research of the thesis offered the thorough direct knowledge to the anti-seismic behavior results from the floor deformation . For raising the structure's anti-seismic behavior ,this is a practical measures .
