The Truss Type Steel Reinforced Concrete is a pattern of the Lattice Type Steel Reinforced Concrete. It is regarded that the seismic behavior of the Truss Type SRC is lower than the full-web type SRC members. As a result, the researches on Truss Type SRC members is fewer. Because the Truss SRC members includes steel, the ultimate flexural strength of those is more increased than the Reinforced Concrete (RC) members. On the other hand,it is often that in the application the contradiction of steel between beams and columns can not be solved, the Lattice Type SRC columns is proposed in this case. Therefore,it is necessity to continue to study the Lattice Type SRC. In structure design, the value of axial compression ration of SRC columns has influence not only upon the seismic behavior of structure, but also upon the section dimension, steel requirements and seismic behavior. At present, the definition of the limited values of axial compression ration in the design specification of SRC structure and other research on axial compression ration is focus in the Full-web Type SRC columns. But there is fewer data about Lattice Type SRC members. To analyze the seismic behavior of the Lattice Type SRC members, look for a section patterns which is not only safety but also economic,in this paper,a experiment of seismic behavior about nine Truss Type SRC columns and three RC columns which strength, steel requirements and axial load are different, the deformation capacity and failure patterns are observed, and the hysteretic cycle are obtained. According to the experiment results,it is different between the failure patterns of SRC members and RC members. Based on the analysis of the experiment results,it is regarded that the seismic behavior of the Truss SRC columns is higher than those of RC columns. The steel requirements, the crosswise rod dimension and the welding quantity are the main factor, which influence on the Truss Type SRC columns. Calculating and analyze the compression bending strength according to the method of reinforced concrete structure design code and "the modified simple superposition method",the distribution of axial load is obtained, then, the influence of creep is considered and the formulation of distribution of axial load between reinforced concrete and steel is proposed.and steel is proposed.
