With continually increasing of the city quantity and,urban mass transit develop rapidly in our country. Along with it,subway environmental control issue is attached more and more importance. In the sweltering area in order to satisfy the request of the passengers,the air conditioning systems are used in many subway stations. But the energy consumption of the air conditioning systems is respectable cost in the subway operation. The platform screened door(PSD) system is a new equipment in our country. It separates the platform and the subway running area,and decreases the load loss greatly. So it save much energy consumption of the air conditioning running. But the preliminary investment of the PSD system is higher. In the feasibility researching phase of the subway environmental control item,it is essential to do the technoeconomics analysis and forecast of the PSD system.The technology,economy and integration evaluation and analysis are done about the open,closed,and PSD environmental control systems in this paper. First the technology evaluation is done with specialist method and fuss-math method. By the biggest membership principle,the PSD project is concluded to be optimum. The following from the economical point of view,the investment and total cost of the closed project and PSD project are analyzed. And the evaluation target of the cost reclamation length is used to do financial evaluation. Though the preliminary investment of the PSD project is higher,its running cost is lower. So the total cost is lower and the more cost than that of the closed project is reclaimed in short period. Thus it can be seen the PSD project is better than the closed project. At last from the aspects of technology performance,economy and society,the PCS method is used to evaluate the open project,closed project,and PSD project. The open project is optimum for the lowest cost. So when air conditioning system isn't necessary in subway station,open environmental control system is optimum. When air conditioning system is necessary,the PSD system is better than the closed system. -This paper develops three evaluation models for the subway environmental control projects:the technology evaluation,the economy evaluation,the integration evaluation. It offers the applied evaluation models and methods for the environmental control project of the later mass transit items.
