With the development of information technology, electronic systems bring more and more high frequency electromagnetic interferes. To solve these problems, the only approach is to bring into EMI filters. So we must develop more efficacious anti-EMI materials and components. To go by the path from materials to components, firstly, we do many experiments to test the influences of CuO bringing to NiZn ferrites, and then we analyze the electromagnetic performances of NiCuZn ferrites and get a serial of prescriptions of NiCuZn ferrites with permeability from low to high. We also use genetic algorithms to optimize prescriptions of NiCuZn ferrites. Finally, we produce LC-compound filter and absorbing mode filter using frontal NiCuZn ferrite. Test shows that the filters are effectual to restrain high-frequency EMI signals.
