Recently, composite steel-concrete beam is adopted more and more in the urban road of our country. Comparing to other structure shape, this form exerts tension strength of steel and compression strength of concrete much more. And it has many advantages, such as: legerity, slinky, big span ability, celerity construct, good traffic when constructing and so on.Specifications for bridge and culverts of our country don't regulate at large or in reason on the design and construct of composite steel-concrete beam, especially on such form of the urban road. So designer and constructer don't understand it's structure performance, design and construct points. As a result, it has much realism sense to finish all right the engineering of ShenYang city east-west quick artery, and work safely, that studying the construct of composite steel-concrete beam of this engineering, analyzing and calculating this bridge's internal force in the construct and working phase, inspecting it's stress in the construct phase, finding out the working state. At the same time, puts forward reasonable design advice, that will does it's work to generalize composite steel-concrete beam in Shen Yang city or in our country indeed.This thesis bases design and construct of composite beam of the test sect that headquarters of Shen Yang city east-west quick artery appointed, it analyses the internal force of this beam during the phase of construct and working with plane frame model; in order to cater for the demand of headquarters, places strain gauge in advance to inspect stress of this beam; after this bridge completed, implements dead load test and space analysis with different space model. Theresult of research shows that this composite beam is in safe state during the phase of construct and working , result of plane frame model tallies very well with that of experiment and space finite element analysis.
