Developing the electricity market has become the direction of electricity industry innovation of many countries. According to the situation of our country,one of the aims of the electricity industry innovation is to criterion generation electricity market. In this dissertation,with the background of the supporting system of PMOS-2000 power market of generation electricity market,information is guaranteed to transfer safely,to realize the fairness,justness and openness of the electricity market with the implication of the advanced information security technology.Based on the information security problem in the electricity market,the characteristics of information,the application circumstances of security technology in electricity market and the existing security-hidden problem are analyzed. Four kinds of commonly used information security technology-data encryption technology,digital signature technology,authentication technology and firewall protection,are discussed in detail.Especially the DBS algorithm of symmetrical encryption and RSA algorithm of unsymmetrical encryption and MD5 algorithm used for digital signature and their security are analyzed. At last combined with the pattern characteristics,operational mode and system structure of PMOS-2000 power market operator system,a implementing plan of information encryption technology used in PMOS-2000 is put forward,to protect the transmission security of information in electricity market.In DES algorithm,the obtain of 64-bit secure key,and the process of encryption and decryption process is realized. The author accomplished the function Key-get(char key) that secure key which can be user-defined or randomly generated and the data processing modu e(Pdata) that realized the process of encryption and decryption.RSA algorithm realized the generation of public key and private key,and the function of data encryption and decryption. The author mainly realized the method of generating the large random numbers and judging the prime number using Lehmann means,then three pairs of secure key with different lengths (256 bits,512 bits,1024 bits) was generated to meet the demand of different security grade. In encryption module,modular multiplication arithmetic of large number was realized adopting addition chaining. In decryption module,extended Euclid was used to get inverse,and the Chinese remainder theorem was used to realize decryption,which increased the speed of decryption greatly. The author realized not only the security transmission of information using public key to encryption and private key to decryption,but also the encrypting digital signature and session key by private key to encryption and public key to decryption with the RSA algorithm.MD5 algorithm transforms a section of information to 128 bits hash,and different information has different hash,to prevent the fabricating and denying information and realized the function of digital signature. The author accomplished the initialization of MD5 (MDInit) and data processing function (MDSTransform).The programs of three algorithms are formed into dynamic link libraries (DLL),which can be used by other application program. Each algorithm has its implementing result,their security and modified project are discussed.,The characteristics,uses and functions of RSA and DES algorithm are compared.In the application of PMOS-2000 system,the author carried out a hybrid encryption protocol with is suitable for information security transmission in electricity market with DES,RSA and MD5. With the pattern characteristics of PMOS-2000 power market operator system,and analyzed and compared with other encryption system,the author puts forward an implementing method,operational process and system structure of information encryption technology used in PMOS-2000,and the operating effects and projects which need further research and discussion were finally given.The research of this dissertation applied information security technology in power system project,which made it possible for information security tr...
