Shotcrete-rock bolt support and concrete lining are important parts of timbering structures in modern tunnel construction,and There are also essentials for NATM. The intensity difference of concrete is big because of the big randomicity at the aspects of material,metage of additive,mix round,ratio of water and lime,spray construct and water maintain. So it is necessary that the intensity of spray concrete and concrete lining is examined and measured on the locale. For the uncertain character of material function,the intensity of spray concrete and concrete lining is uncertain too. It can describe quality character better by probability model and statistic parameter of stochastic variable. So it need a lot of measure data for statistic analysis.In this thesis,the measure method for spray concrete and concrete lining was explained shortly and sweetly. A kind of knew non-damage inspect method called App tester measuring the intensity of spray concrete was discussed in detail. A kind of non-damage inspect method used ultrasonic instrument and concrete instrument measuring the intensity of concrete lining was discussed. These method was proved to be impersonal and reliable,convenient for operating,laborsaving and timesaving. Probability character was analyzed with statistics method,which proved the intensity of spray concrete follows statistical principle of logarithm normal distribution and the intensity of concrete lining follows statistical principle of normal distribution. The reliability for the intensity satisfying designed demand was worked out at existing constructing level. At the same time,the statistic method for appraising intensity of spray concrete and concretelining was brought forward,which is a helpful attempt for emending quality inspection and evaluation standard for highway engineering for the future.
