Longshou Waterpower Station Rock Excavation Blasting Test Research

Combining Longshou Waterpower Station Project the mechanism of rock excavation explosion and production test method are studied more completely. The main research work include:rock split in advance by the blasting;the rock objection explored wit ultra sonic and quality evaluation;a new technique of excavation of a protection layer once time;deep hole steps explosion test research;blasting material Lest;the blasting technique research of underground engineering.With explosive physics ,mechanics controlled blasting and statistic,and consulting and summarizing some explosion test research results inside and outside,and combining engineering practice the research results serve the project and resolve its problems and,at the same time,direct engineering practice.During blasting test of rock split in advance using Double Factors Test method ,the work is reduced and predigested. A mew test set is designed and used is the blasting material test and got a satisfactory result,and it is a mew breakthrough of this kind lf test.The success of excavation of a protection layer once a tire wilt play a quite important role in economic fund and shortening time limited for the project.
