This paper is the fundamental study of the super cooling technology of turbo blade, and the purpose is focused on the visualization of thermal driving flow under the body force field.Freonl2 is used as the medium to study the thermal driving effect under the gravity and centrifugal force fields, and the theory of thermal driving flow is analyzed. To study the influence on the heat transfer and flow, we design a series of objects which channel's height is 1mm, and change the heat flux (from 5000 to 80000W/m2), the rotation speed (from 160 to 1140rpm) and the property of medium (water and freon12). The thermocouple is used to measure the temperature distribution on the surface of the object, and at the same time, a new method for measuring temperature-Thermo-Liquid Crystal is introduced. The process of making the liquid crystal film is presented and some distinct liquid crystal photographs are obtained in those experiments. The temperature distribution presented by the photographs shows the law of thermal driving flow directly.Based on the data and liquid crystal photographs, we can visualize the flow of the liquid medium driven by thermal driving force in the circular small sized channel, and get the flow law according to various factors. The results concluded from this paper could be helpful for the further study in the future.
