The output performances and reliability of inverters are becoming more and more important along with the information technology developing. This dissertation lays a strong emphasis on the study of the digital control for inverter in order to improve the inverter's output performance and steady-state precision. Most research is concentrated on repetitive control technique in this paper for the sake of overcoming the repetitive distortion when inverter induced by rectifier-type nonlinear loads.Firstly, this paper begins with the analysis of the inverter's output characteristic. After that, mathematics model and MATLAB simulation model are built up respectively which are the foundation of the whole inverter system's theoretic analysis and simulative analysis. Repetitive control technique principle and the repetitive controller's parameters design are discussed deeply in this paper, including the analysis of stable performance and convergence performance of the whole system. The simulation and experiment results show that repetitive control strategy can ensure the output voltage waveform keep the sinusoidal shape well even if the inverter is with the rectifier-type loads. In addition, the system's hardware and software design are both introduced in detail in this paper.
