| It is difficult and complicated in technology to construct a large-span reinforced concrete box arched bridge with a construction method with support. The paper sums up the construction technique of Xugou Bridge in all: Structural analysis is taken about the whole support and calculating models are established. According to each construction process, dynamic analysis is conducted to the construction of support with SASMIG program. The work high above the ground can be reduced efficiently and the installing quality of support can be ensured through installing on ground and erecting entirely. The effect of pouring arch circle to support's deformation is studied. The pour sequence of main arch circle is laid down by the principle that support's deformation is minimal in the process of pouring concrete. With resonable calculating model and dynamic analysis method, the construction control elevation can be decided and so the precompression difficulty of support can be solved in the construction of large-span arched bridge. Utilizing adjustable brace and dismantling of bowel support in batches, the stress of support and main arch circle is more reasonable in the process of system transformation. Timely monitor of their stress in each working conditions can ensure the safe of support and main arch circle with full-automatic data acquisition system.The results of dynamic-load and dead-load test of the bridge indicate that the main arch has enough strength and rigidity and reachs design requirements. |
