Study On Location Option And Overall Layout Of The New-High Technology Industrial Development Zone

It's an important task to develop new-high technology industry vigorously, and to plan new-high technology industrial development zone well, which has the strategic significance to the sustainable development of the socio-economy.Generally speaking, our country's new-high technology industrial development zones have created huge benefit in tens of short annual times, and have made huge contribution in reforming traditional estate, promoting city and area economic development. But the newborn thing of urban planning still has a lot of problems on planning theory and practice, and has a certain gap compared with foreign excellent industrial zones of science and technology.Based on this kind of condition, this paper aims at the location and overall layout research of NHTIDZ. Considering the real present conditions of our country's NHTIDZ, this paper has absorbed foreign successful experience, and has given thorough analysis on distribution condition, the relationship of NHTIDZ with city, and driven the requirement and characteristics of the overall layout program of NHTIDZ systematically.There are mainly four parts in this paper as following:Part I : Arranging and limiting the concepts of new-high technology industry, NHTIDZ etc. Studying present situation of domestic and foreign NHTIDZ to carry out analysis research. Analyzing the problems that confronted our NHTIDZ.Part II: According to the theories and foreign practice of location option, this paper has analyzed the layout of our country's NHTIDZ, further analyzed the location of NHTIDZ in the city, and this paper concluded that the relationship of NHTIDZ and city must be given high importance.Part III: This paper has summarized the characteristics and requirements andmethods of the function layout, road net, green land system, erect planning of the overall layout of NHTIDZ. And then this paper analyzed the land usage scale, the layout feature and land usage index of NHTIDZ.Part IV: In this part, this paper selected the Xi'an National New-high Technology Industrial Development Zone as example, analyzed its location option and overall layout, and put forward some advice.
