It is nowadays an important development trend in the automatic field of the intelligent distribution. And adopt the intelligent information means, overall, comprehensive, in time, accurate collection and treatment distribution system various kinds of information when operating distribution intelligent foundation. In the intelligent field of the distribution, load forecast is undoubtedly an important research direction, which has important meanings to electric power production managing and plan of departments etc..This article, adopts "the project of distribution monitoring system of the first the People's Hospital of Guangzhou" as background, do preliminary analysis and research it. This monitoring system adopted the configuration software as developing tool of Human-machine interface of upper strata, which give full play to the characteristic of abundant human-machine interface of configuration software^ strong communication protocol supportingx convenient user's secondary development, etc, and developed monitor and control platform of upper strata. Communication layer adopted multi-bus structure in this project, which included MODBUS> DUPLINE-BUS and SPA-BUS, and so better completed data communication function in this project. Equipment layer monitor and control every loop by intelligent instrument, so make this system realized complete distribution and decentralization distribution mode, and reduce the danger of distribution system to every loop.To load forecast, this article preliminary research with neural network technology. First of all, to normalize the load data to [-1, +1], and then set up the model of load forecast. Then training and simulating this model with the neural network toolbox of MATLAB software, then get all parameters of module after trained. When we forecast the load of this system with the trained module, we get better-forecast result: so prove that this method is feasible.Finally, in the foundation of this project, adopting this monitor system as SCADA node and MICROSOFT VISUAL C++ as developed tool, designed load forecast module, and apply it to this project.
