In this paper , based on much connected and basic data about Fenhe first reservoir, second reservoir and Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion project, etc, the multi-object optimal model for united operation of Fenhe first and second reservoirs was found, the operation rule by using multiple regression technology in optimal outcome for them was also made.Fenhe river is a siltcarring river , how to fulfill the demands of industry and agriculture with the limited water and how to reduce the reservoir deposition is a problem that must to be resolved . Based on the analysis of runoff , the demands for water that offered TaiYuan by reservoirs was predicted. According to the fact of the engineering , the optimal modeling when Fenhe first reservoir operated alone are first made . After getting the regularity , in order to consider FenHe second reservoir that had been finished essentially and Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion project , not only the object of minimum water shortage for satisfying the water use demanded mainly by user are founded, but also the object of minimum the reservoir deposition was found . in order to prevent the water use demanded by city and industry from excessively concentrated water shortage , the object of minimum water shortage required to be the equable shortage . Then based on the long series of historical hydrographic material, the yearly optimal dispatching are made in this paper, the dispatching rule of flood and non-flood period for Fenhe first and second reservoirs under the condition of satisfying the object byusing multiple regression technology in the dispatching outcome are got, at last the dispatching rule by monte-carlo method are tested . The result proved that the dispatching rule is reasonable and feasible , provided a leading meaning that has the practical value for future dispatching of Fenhe first and second reservoirs . In the end , a predictable estimate for future water relationship of demands and provision was made.In this paper not only much advanced dispatching technology such as optimal technology were used, but also the feasibility of the engineering condition was strictly considered, then a scientific and valuable method for reservoir optimal dispatching in much sediment river was offered.
