| This paper presents a new method of calculation and analysis power transmission line and electromagnetic field by using TLM, which gives a discrete model in time domain and space domain. On the basis of the transmission line theory and discrete model of lumped components, the model of 3-phase power transmission line and 2~D electromagnetic field is developed.Through the computing results of an example , the method is proven feasible, good agreement between the transmission line modeling (TLM) and other methods is achieved. The TLM model can be used for long distance and high votage power transmission line, and so as to get better answer and analyze system characteristics.
