Along with the society pay high attention to environment and energy problem, people are looking for the best ways to improve the power, economic and emission of gasoline. Technological development of gasoline ECU promote the whole vehicle industry. Taking use of technology of ECU can effective improve power , economic and emission of gasoline. It's one of the most effective methods that can make gasoline realize high-efficiency , low-pollution. Advanced electronic control technologies have became a tide in vehicle industry. On the basis of advanced electric control technology, my works are carry on analysis and design about the hardware and software of ECU.The idle speed control aim is make gasoline keep well property under the low rotation .In accordance with 465Q gasoline specific conditions, we take use of fuzzy control theory on idle speed control of gasoline, and make step-motor to idling executive body. Appling INTEL 80C196KB chip, we program idling the main order, software time implement break sub-order and delay sub-order in compilation language.This system apply simulink software to simulation. The simulated result show that the control system can meet basic requires of idling control. At the same time, gave out the reference for the design of the best ECU in the future.
