The advantages of numerical methods are to provide a valuable alternative to physical models that can be expansive and time consuming. Numerical methods have continued to expand and diversify into all the major fields of scientific and engineering studies including tunneling, mining, and construction of water conservancy facilities and underground structures, and so on. The non_linear finite element method (NLFEM) of them is applied to study the foundation's stability analysis of goaf in this subject. The situations of goaf in the factual site have almost always been very complicated, so much work haS to do to create a suitable model that required by NLFEM. And the orders of NLFEM must be strictly followed to correctly solve the model and to easily obtain the precise outcome including drawing the geometrical model, defining the parameters of the model, meshing the model, setting the boundary conditions and imposing the loads. The core of the research subject is to create the model, and the key goal of that is the analysis of the outcome and discovers the principles of fundamental deformation of the goaf and the material factors affecting the foundation stability of the goaf. Addition, the advanced computer technique is utilized in seasons and some kinds of software are comprehensively used in this subject to be completed successfully. The contents of this subject are divided into six chapters. And the previousfour chapters is utilized to demonstrate the basic concepts and theories associated with the goaf and NLFEM, and the fifth chapter is gave a factual example which materials is from XiZhi colliery affiliated with HuoZhou Coal Administration and sixth chapter sums the outcome and proposes some advices to further study. In short, this staggered subject has widely drawn its materials from research works performed by scholars and engineers in many principles at home and abroad in recent decades. And I hope it can provide some help to next study and construction. |
