Some Research For The Design Of Continuous Rigid-framed Bridge Of Middle Span

P.C. continuous rigid-framed bridge of middle span has been widely used while PC. continuous rigid-framed bridge develops towards large span. This paper deeply analyses and studies the bridge from the overall arrangement of box beam, substructure design in special geology condition, and the arrangement of priestess wire bundle, combining with the design and construction of two PC. Continuous rigid-framed and box-typed bridge of middle span. According to the wording feature of PC. continuous rigid-framed bridge in cantilever casting construction , every kind of temporary measurement has been analyzed . Static analysis has been conducted on the study object in cantilever casting while combined with the temporary measurements of bridge at different construction stages and the single-line piles with large diameter being adapted, and the reliable construction plan has been submitted, while the conditon of pier of the PC rigid frame beam bridge, the influence to beam is small from the suffering force, but it is big to under structure. So we must reflect the actual circumstance in design computation with according to the condition of the pier.Also this paper analyzes the effect of different substructure constraint conditions or the size of pier on pier and beam in the light of the use of single-line piles with large diameter, taking into account the mutual effect of pile-earth-structure and the typical mechanic model used. With the analysis result of construction and traffic stages, the suggestion that single-line piles with large diameter claim precedence over all others is submitted in the design of continuous rigid-framed bridge of middle span.
