| Testing elastic modulus E of plain elastomeric bearings is the essential step on deciding whether their mechanical properties conform to demand of design and quality.The original types of test devices are obtained through technically reforming traditional types of test machines. Up to day mere are no available test devices for elastic modulus E of plain elastomeric bearings, which possess automatic control function. Therefore it is real value to research this problem.This article first introduces some things about the device. Then using ANSYS analysis software , we are with an emphasis on studying stress and strain of up-press-board and low-press-board of main engine structure and find the rules for the stress and strain of up-press-board and low-press-board in the different boundary conditions. These rules provide theory for designing reasonable thickness of up-press-board and low-press-board. This article also discusses the best locations for installing vertical displacement sensors.It is importance of the experiment about measuring principal stress combined bending with torsion in mechanics of materials. This paper points out shortcomings in the traditional experimental devices combined bending with torsion and establishestheory and principles for designing superminiaturizational experimental device combined bending with torsion through analyses of stress and strain state at the measured point A(B) . It also designs the superminiaturizational experimental device ,which has smaller space and more precision and has more reasonable structure measurements in this paper. |
