This paper describes a HJ 60-Y,Y/2.5,2.5-Q type heat-pipe stove by Beijing Changxin Lantian Technology Development Co.,Ltd,which use an composite inorganic material as working fluid to heat oil and use natural gas as heat source.Experiment is conducted to investigate heat-transfer performance of the special working fluid. Two heat-pipe with the same construction are produced by the special and common working fluid. During the experiment,the comparison of temperature distribution starting speed and transmit heat speed are tested,the effect of different heat length is observed at the same time. Through compared and analyzed results of the test,its heat-transfer performance is known initially.According to the theory of engineering thermodynamics and phase change,heat-transfer process of the special working fluid heat-pipe stove is analyzed. Some hypotheses are postulated and with the help of equation of mass-conservation,energy-conservation,the dynamic concentrative parameter model is built,the change of each parameter is prescribed at any stage from starting to stopping. With the thermodynamic calculation of burnable process,the parameter of device,such as heat-transfer coefficient/thermal efficiency etc,are achieved under steady state;Based on theoretic calculation,observing the actual running circumstance of the heating stove in person,with some performance comparison between the new and the old,the high efficiency and reliability of heat-pipe stove is proved,the project which expend it in the oil-filed is feasible.
