With the development of control system and computer technology, Distributed Control System (DCS) is widely applied in the control of power plant because of its advancement agility, high reliability and reasonable performance price ratio. The CRT simulator based onDCS not only has the same running pattern with the real unit, which enables it to simulate the real operating environment accurately, but also greatly reduces the price of the simulator. These characteristics therefore, make it have wide application prospect. As a part of the CRT simulator control system of a DCS power plant, this paper constructs the model of the real control section by using Block-Structure method and finishes the contrivance of the Coordinated Control System(CCS) , the Digital Electro-hydraulic Control. System(DEH) and the control system of boiler and turbine. In the contrivance of the control system, Block-Structure is used and divided into two main types: public block and system block. With the aid of these blocks, it is convenient and flexible to make up different kind of automatic-controlled simulating system and so to accomplish different kind of automatic adjusting task. This paper is focused on the construction of the simulation model of CCS by using the contrived control section model. The CCS employs advanced direct energy balance control strategy and can simulate different running patterns such as turbine following boiler pattern, boiler following boiler pattern, etc. Two independent control loops: power control and frequency control, are used in the contrivance of DEH and they are separately corresponding to the normal condition and the abnormal condition. To validate the performance of the system, a series of experiments are made on a 200MW unit simulator of MAX1000 DCS. The results of these experiments indicate: by following certain physical principles, for each real component of the control system, the mathematical model which is constructed to reveal its characteristics reflects exactly the work and message transfer process; by considering the load demand to the unit and the electricity net's frequency difference, also combing with the real capacity that the unit can stand, the CCS and DEH models, which are contrived by using simulation blocks, can exactly harmonize the control of the turbine and the boiler and can also control the load..
